Board meeting: The HVRC Board meeting that was scheduled for July 14th at Barbie's house will be postponed until mid August. A note will come out later when the new date is set. We will be setting dates for the Fall Fun Day and Breakfast Ride. Volunteers are appreciated if you would like to help with either of those. More later!
Board meetings start at 7:30pm and are held at the home of Barbie Hamblen, 2619 Sledding Hill Rd, Oakton (just off Vale near the light at Hunter Mill.) Members are welcome to attend the board meetings.
Note: If you park by the dressage ring, be sure to pull off the road far enough for safety. With the curve, is difficult to see parked cars, and, frequently, drivers speed on Hunters Valley Road.
